Savor the savory flavor of our fresh Pea Speckled microgreens. They are slightly sweet with a crunch of freshness. They can be added to salads, sandwiches, and sautéed. Packed with a punch of nutrient-rich goodness, they're the perfect addition to any meal to up the health ante – not to mention adding a little extra pizzazz to your plate!

Pasta with Pea Shoots and Chili Flakes
2.5 oz Pea Shoots
6 oz Pasta, preferably Linguini
1 tsp dried Chili Flakes
2 tsp Olive Oil
2 Garlic clove minced
½ cup Sour Cream
Freshly ground black pepper
Parmesan shavings
Serves 2
Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to directions, drain and rinse
2. Heat Olive oil in pan, add garlic and chili flakes over medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
3. Return pasta to the pan and add the sour cream, heat through for 1 minute and add ¾ of the pea shoots. Stir well and serve in two bowls. Top with remaining pea shoots and fresh ground black pepper and parmesan cheese. Drizzle with more Olive oil if desired.
